Hello

Who am I beyond my work?

What makes me tick?

What drives me?

Travel

My love for travel has taken me to nearly 30 countries and on a year-long solo road trip across the United States in my self-converted Sprinter van.

Each journey has been more than just an adventure—it's been a lesson in culture, connection, and self-discovery. Traveling has shaped me into a more open-minded and resilient person, enriching my life with diverse perspectives and unforgettable experiences.

The Great Outdoors

I’ve been passionate about the great outdoors since spending my summers at Chimney Corners Camp in the Berkshires.

I've hiked and backpacked across four continents and countless trails in the United States. My journey through diverse landscapes has fueled my love for nature and my commitment to exploring the world's most breathtaking terrains.

Take risks

From the moment I met Andrea, Veronica, Virginia, and the rest of the family, I knew that my life was going to change.

With only 1 year of teaching under my belt and a few summers of being a camp counselor, I was thrown into a complete whirlwind when the Bocelli family found my childcare profile and offered me a job to be a live-in Au Pair on the coast of Tuscany.

Andrea Bocelli, still actively performing over 75 performances a year across 5 continents (while also being the chair of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation) is a busy man. On any given day, I may be told I have 2 hours to pack for a weekend in Moscow for the Russian Video Music Awards, or that Ed Sheeran is coming to the house to record a music video, or that we’re hosting a dinner with 200 guests for Celebrity Fight Night. No matter what lay ahead, I was prepared, professional, and faced each challenge with a positive attitude. Not only that, but I was exposed to a wide variety of professionals (and sometimes royalty) while managing a curious little girl.

During my three years abroad, I immersed myself in the culture and learned Italian, traveled all over Europe on work trips and during my time off, and blossomed in immeasurable ways.

Music

If you were to ask me about my first love, I will always say music.

Starting with piano lessons at age 5 and voice lessons in high school, I continued my music career as the music director for Sweet Signatures, the first all-female a cappella group at Elon University. During my four years, we competed nationally, were nationally recognized, and recorded two albums.

After college I began writing my own music, utilizing both the piano and the ukulele as my writing platform. From 2016 - 2018 I had the opportunity to perform with Andrea Bocelli in a variety of locations throughout Italy.

Education

Maybe it’s the big sister in me, but I’ve been teaching and leading as far back as I can remember. My first job out of high school was a camp counselor and my first job out of college was a preschool teacher.

Education and working with children has brought me all over the world, and I hope to continue educating all different groups of people.
